Increase console history and disable Desktop Spotlight
Create Console registry key and set ScreenBufferSize to maximize PowerShell/CMD output history. Disable Desktop Spotlight by setting EnabledState=0 and copy the default light wallpaper to the user's TranscodedWallpaper so sandboxes use a consistent wallpaper. Keys are created with -Force and values set as DWord.main
