net: airoha: Add missing stats to ethtool_eth_mac_stats 

Add the following stats to ethtool ethtool_eth_mac_stats stats:
- FramesTransmittedOK
- OctetsTransmittedOK
- FramesReceivedOK
- OctetsReceivedOK
