dt-bindings: mmc: brcm,kona-sdhci: convert to YAML

Convert Broadcom Kona family SDHCI controller bindings to DT schema.

Changes during conversion:
  - also mark reg and interrupts as required
  - drop deprecated compatible (it's been deprecated for ~10 years)
