fbdev/pxafb: Unexport symbol 

Fix the compile-time warning

  drivers/video/fbdev/pxafb.c: warning: EXPORT_SYMBOL() is used, but #include <linux/export.h> is missing

The affected symbol is not used anywhere, so remove the function
entirely.
