ARM: dts: imx6: rename m95m02 to eeprom 

rename m95m02 to eeprom to fix below CHECK_DTBS warnings:

arch/arm/boot/dts/nxp/imx/imx6q-evi.dtb: m95m02@1 (st,m95m02): $nodename: 'anyOf' conditional failed, one must be fixed:
        'm95m02@1' does not match '^eeprom@[0-9a-f]{1,2}$'
        'm95m02@1' does not match '^fram@[0-9a-f]{1,2}$'
