Leon Hwang fbdd61c94b selftests/bpf: Skip timer cases when bpf_timer is not supported 
When enable CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT, verifier will reject bpf_timer with
returning -EOPNOTSUPP.

Therefore, skip test cases when errno is EOPNOTSUPP.

Kumar Kartikeya Dwivedi a7e75016a0 selftests/bpf: Add test for bpf_timer overwriting crash 
Add a test that validates that timer value is not overwritten when doing
a copy_map_value call in the kernel. Without the prior fix, this test
triggers a crash.
