The shared userspace logic used for unit-testing maple tree and VMA code
currently has its own replacements for atomics helpers. This is not
needed as the necessary APIs already have userspace implementations in the
tools tree. Switching over to that allows deleting a bit of code.
Note that the implementation is different; while the version being deleted
here is implemented using liburcu, the existing version in tools uses
either x86 asm or compiler builtins. It's assumed that both are equally
likely to be correct.
The tools tree's version of atomic_t is a struct type while the version
being deleted was just a typedef of an integer. This means it's no longer
valid to call __sync_bool_compare_and_swap() directly on it. One option
would be to just peek into the struct and call it on the field, but it
seems a little cleaner to just use the corresponding atomic.h API whic has
been added recently. Now the fake mapping_map_writable() is copied from
the real one.

Commit 857d18f23a ("cleanup: Introduce ACQUIRE() and ACQUIRE_ERR() for
conditional locks") accidentally broke the radix tree, VMA userland tests
by including linux/args.h which is not present in the tools/include
directory.
This patch copies this over and adds an #ifdef block to avoid duplicate
__CONCAT declaration in conflict with system headers when we ultimately
include this.

Since rbtree/augmented tree/interval tree share similar data structure,
besides new cases for interval tree, this patch set also does cleanup for
others.

Currently we have some tests for rbtree related data structure, e.g.
rbtree, augmented rbtree, interval tree, in lib/ as kernel module.
To facilitate the test and debug for those fundamental data structure,
this patch enable those tests in userland.

Currently vma test is failing because of the new vma_assert_attached()
assertion. The check is failing because previous refcount_set() inside
vma_mark_attached() is a NoOp. Fix the definition of atomic_set() to
correctly set the value of the atomic.

The core components contained within the radix-tree tests which provide
shims for kernel headers and access to the maple tree are useful for
testing other things, so separate them out and make the radix tree tests
dependent on the shared components.
This lays the groundwork for us to add VMA tests of the newly introduced
vma.c file.
