Add missing cells and reg DT property in the CSI2 subnode to fix the
following DTC W=1 warning:

The clock-frequency for camera sensors has been deprecated in favour of
the assigned-clocks and assigned-clock-rates properties. As the clock
source for the sensor is a fixed-frequency oscillator, simply drop the
clock-frequency.

Enable CRU, CSI on RZ/G2L SMARC EVK and tie the CSI to OV5645 sensor
using Device Tree overlay. rz-smarc-cru-csi-ov5645.dtsi is created so
that RZ/G2L alike EVKs can make use of it.
