Alec Leamas	b7be755733	[media] bz#75751: Move internal header file lirc.h to uapi/ ... The file include/media/lirc.h describes a public interface and should thus be a public header. See kernel bug https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75751 which has a manpage describing the interface + an acknowledgment that this info belongs to uapi.
