Arend van Spriel e548a1c36b cfg80211: add 6GHz in code handling array with NUM_NL80211_BANDS entries
In nl80211.c there is a policy for all bands in NUM_NL80211_BANDS and
in trace.h there is a callback trace for multicast rates which is per
band in NUM_NL80211_BANDS. Both need to be extended for the new
NL80211_BAND_6GHZ.

Arend van Spriel c5b9a7f826 nl80211: add 6GHz band definition to enum nl80211_band
In the 802.11ax specification a new band is introduced, which
is also proposed by FCC for unlicensed use. This band is referred
to as 6GHz spanning frequency range from 5925 to 7125 MHz.

He Zhe 3b5be16c7e modules: page-align module section allocations only for arches supporting strict module rwx
We should keep the case of "#define debug_align(X) (X)" for all arches
without CONFIG_HAS_STRICT_MODULE_RWX ability, which would save people, who
are sensitive to system size, a lot of memory when using modules,
especially for embedded systems. This is also the intention of the
original #ifdef... statement and still valid for now.

Note that this still keeps the effect of the fix of the following commit,
38f054d549 ("modules: always page-align module section allocations"),
since when CONFIG_ARCH_HAS_STRICT_MODULE_RWX is enabled, module pages are
aligned.

Hodaszi, Robert 0d31d4dbf3 Revert "cfg80211: fix processing world regdomain when non modular"
This reverts commit 96cce12ff6 ("cfg80211: fix processing world
regdomain when non modular").

Re-triggering a reg_process_hint with the last request on all events,
can make the regulatory domain fail in case of multiple WiFi modules. On
slower boards (espacially with mdev), enumeration of the WiFi modules
can end up in an intersected regulatory domain, and user cannot set it
with 'iw reg set' anymore.

This is happening, because:
- 1st module enumerates, queues up a regulatory request
- request gets processed by __reg_process_hint_driver():
  - checks if previous was set by CORE -> yes
    - checks if regulator domain changed -> yes, from '00' to e.g. 'US'
      -> sends request to the 'crda'
- 2nd module enumerates, queues up a regulator request (which triggers
  the reg_todo() work)
- reg_todo() -> reg_process_pending_hints() sees, that the last request
  is not processed yet, so it tries to process it again.
  __reg_process_hint driver() will run again, and:
  - checks if the last request's initiator was the core -> no, it was
    the driver (1st WiFi module)
  - checks, if the previous initiator was the driver -> yes
    - checks if the regulator domain changed -> yes, it was '00' (set by
      core, and crda call did not return yet), and should be changed to 'US'

------> __reg_process_hint_driver calls an intersect

Besides, the reg_process_hint call with the last request is meaningless
since the crda call has a timeout work. If that timeout expires, the
first module's request will lost.

Paolo Bonzini 54577e5018 selftests: kvm: fix state save/load on processors without XSAVE
state_test and smm_test are failing on older processors that do not
have xcr0.  This is because on those processor KVM does provide
support for KVM_GET/SET_XSAVE (to avoid having to rely on the older
KVM_GET/SET_FPU) but not for KVM_GET/SET_XCRS.

Alexander Wetzel b67fd72e84 cfg80211: Fix Extended Key ID key install checks
Fix two shortcomings in the Extended Key ID API:

 1) Allow the userspace to install pairwise keys using keyid 1 without
    NL80211_KEY_NO_TX set. This allows the userspace to install and
    activate pairwise keys with keyid 1 in the same way as for keyid 0,
    simplifying the API usage for e.g. FILS and FT key installs.

 2) IEEE 802.11 - 2016 restricts Extended Key ID usage to CCMP/GCMP
    ciphers in IEEE 802.11 - 2016 "9.4.2.25.4 RSN capabilities".
    Enforce that when installing a key.

Chris Wilson ff17501013 drm/i915/gtt: Relax assertion for pt_used
When inserting the final level PTE, we check that we are not overflowing
the page table (checking that pt_used does not exceed the size of the
table). However, we have to allow for every other PTE to be pinned by a
simultaneous removal thread (as on remove we bump the pt_used counter
before adjusting the table).

mtd: spi-nor: intel-spi: Whitelist 4B read commands
spi-nor.c issues 4B commands for some Flash chips bigger than 16Mbytes.
Xeon(R) D-1500 documentation mentions its Integrated PCH Logic supports
Flash chips up to 64Mbytes.
D-1500 Integrated PCH documenation however has inconsistencies regarding
FADDR register width and says nothing about particular commands issued
to support 64Mbytes of Flash.

Nevetheless the tests on Xeon(R) CPU D-1548 with 512Mbit Flash chips
Macronix MX25L51245G and Micron MT25QL512A showed that erase, write and
read operations work just fine after SPINOR_OP_READ_4B and
SPINOR_OP_READ_FAST_4B are white-listed (currently only
SPINOR_OP_READ_FAST_4B is used and only for Macronix).

In spi_nor_parse_4bait(), 'dwords' is allocated through kmalloc(). However,
it is not deallocated in the following execution if spi_nor_read_sfdp()
fails, leading to a memory leak. To fix this issue, free 'dwords' before
returning the error.

promotion.  So this patch re-orders the code to check for negatives

Dan Carpenter a6f26606dd rtc: rv3029: revert error handling patch to rv3029_eeprom_write()
My error handling "cleanup" was totally wrong.  Both the "err" and "ret"
variables are required.  The "err" variable holds the error codes for
rv3029_eeprom_enter/exit() and the "ret" variable holds the error codes
for if actual write fails.  In my patch if the write failed, the
function probably still returned success.

Haiyang Zhang be700103ef PCI: hv: Detect and fix Hyper-V PCI domain number collision
Currently in Azure cloud, for passthrough devices, the host sets the
device instance ID's bytes 8 - 15 to a value derived from the host HWID,
which is the same on all devices in a VM. So, the device instance ID's
bytes 8 and 9 provided by the host are no longer unique. This affects
all Azure hosts since July 2018, and can cause device passthrough to VMs
to fail because the bytes 8 and 9 are used as PCI domain number.
Collision of domain numbers will cause the second device with the same
domain number fail to load.

In the cases of collision, we will detect and find another number that is
not in use.

This was caused by a tight loop in cqspi_wait_for_bit(). Fix by using
readl_relaxed_poll_timeout() which sleeps 10us while polling a register.

Nishka Dasgupta 6e28aaab07 pinctrl: rk805: Make structures constant
Static structures rk805_pinctrl_desc and rk805_gpio_chip, of types
gpio_chip and pinctrl_desc respectively, are not used except to be
copied into the fields of a different variable. Hence make
rk805_pinctrl_desc and rk805_gpio_chip both constant to protect them
from unintended modification.

pmx_writel uses writel which inserts write barrier before the
register write.

This patch has fix to replace writel with writel_relaxed followed

Takashi Iwai 6de3c9e3f6 ALSA: usb-audio: Fix invalid NULL check in snd_emuusb_set_samplerate()
The quirk function snd_emuusb_set_samplerate() has a NULL check for
the mixer element, but this is useless in the current code.  It used
to be a check against mixer->id_elems[unitid] but it was changed later
to the value after mixer_eleme_list_to_info() which is always non-NULL
due to the container_of() usage.

This patch fixes the check before the conversion.

While we're at it, correct a typo in the comment in the function,
too.

Gao Xiang 138e1a0990 staging: erofs: add two missing erofs_workgroup_put for corrupted images
As reported by erofs-utils fuzzer, these error handling
path will be entered to handle corrupted images.

Gao Xiang ee45197c80 staging: erofs: some compressed cluster should be submitted for corrupted images
As reported by erofs_utils fuzzer, a logical page can belong
to at most 2 compressed clusters, if one compressed cluster
is corrupted, but the other has been ready in submitting chain.

The chain needs to submit anyway in order to keep the page
working properly (page unlocked with PG_error set, PG_uptodate
not set).

Let's fix it now.
