Ilya Maximets 3287e81292 tools: ynl: support listening on all nsids ... A new method ntf_listen_all_nsid() to enable listening on events from all namespaces. Useful for testing cross-namespace functionality. recv() replaced with recvmsg() to be able to receive NSID through the ancillary data.
