 - CONFIG_NET_SCHED
 - CONFIG_NET_CLS_BPF
 - CONFIG_NET_CLS_ACT
 - CONFIG_NET_ACT_BPF
 - CONFIG_CGROUP_BPF
 - CONFIG_UPROBE_EVENT

... in pseries, ppc64 and powernv defconfigs.
